Resumen:
Esta investigación nos da a
conocer los riesgos y factores a los que los trabajadores u operarios están expuestos
dentro de su área de trabajo, también nos brinda información importante acerca
de los diferentes tipos de riesgos ergonómicos y laborales dentro de las
empresas que son la base del desarrollo de las industrias ya que son las
personas quienes hacen a la empresa y si no se toma en cuenta estos factores de
riesgo implicaría un grave fracaso en estos. Así como también se indicará medidas
de prevención para combatir estos riesgos con un objetivo fructífero para las
empresas ya que al buscar el bienestar del personal de trabajo se está buscando
el bienestar de toda la empresa. Además se demostrará cómo se puede facilitar
el desempeño de los trabajadores acoplando hombre-máquina y así mejorando e
innovando el lugar de trabajo y ambiente laboral, buscando el mayor confort posible
para el trabajador, no obstante en consecuencia se obtendrá resultados óptimos
de mayor rendimiento, productividad, y calidad en la empresa.

Abstract:
This research makes us aware of the risks and factors that workers are exposed
to within their work area, also gives us important information about the different
types of ergonomic and labor risks within the companies that are the Base of
the development of the industries since it is the people who make the company
and if one does not take into account these factors of risk would imply a
serious failure in these.
As well
as prevention measures will be indicated to combat these risks with a fruitful
objective for the companies because in seeking the well-being of the work
personnel is being sought in well-being of the whole company. In addition it
will show how it can facilitate the performance of the workers by coupling man-machine
and thus improving and innovating the place of work and working environment,
looking for the maximum comfort possible for the worker, however consequently
it will be obtained Optimal results of higher performance, productivity, and quality
in the company.
