Resumen

Este texto busca ejemplificar el tema de análisis de operaciones, para esto existe la necesidad de conocer: ¿qué es el estudio de métodos?, por la razón de que, al tener claro su definición podremos comprender y conocer lo que incluye y el objetivo con que fue creado el tema a exponer.

Comenzaremos por mostrar lo importante que es para una empresa definir un análisis en su sistema de operaciones, puesto que, este método ofrece partir de unas series de preguntas con inclinación a mejorar y optimizar varias áreas de producción, con el objetivo final de que el sistema analizado presente una mínima posibilidad de error en su productividad.

También en este espacio descubriremos los pasos que debe seguir un ingeniero para elaborar un buen análisis, ya que, es el encargado de llevar acabo esa tarea, y depende del descubrir donde es necesario realizar cambios.

Por último, se puede destacar las ventajas que ofrece el análisis de operación, y expresar el importante vínculo que existe entre un sistema de operación y el diseño de un producto o servicio

Abstract

This text seeks to exemplify the topic of operations analysis, for this there is a need to know: what is the study of methods? for the reason that, having clear definition we can understand and know what it includes and the objective with that the theme to be exhibited was created.

We will begin by showing how important it is for a company to define an analysis in its operations system, since this method offers a series of questions with the inclination to improve and optimize several production areas, with the final goal that the system analyzed present a minimal possibility of error intheir productivity.

Also in this space we will discover the steps an engineer should follow to develop a good analysis, since he is in charge of carrying out that task, and it depends on discovering where it is necessary to make changes.

Finally, we can highlight the advantages offered by the operation analysis, and express the important link that exists between an operation system and the design of a product or service.
